Initiate start Roon software on WIN 10 PC Fails with “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

This had run only days ago with no issue. Nucleus running correctly, IPAD and iphone functioning as remotes.

Hi, @alex_wood, sorry to hear about the issue that you are having.

May I ask you to give some more info about your system? What GPU is your win10 machine using? Could you, please, confirm that OpenGL version meets requirements that Mike listed in this post – Roon's OpenGL Requirements? Could you, please, follow these instructions and share your log package from win10 machine via GDrive or Dropbox? You can send a link to me via Private Message.

Thanks!

Ivan

Apologies. I swapped out my graphics card and I now believe the new one is not recognised by windows. I swapped back and ROON is now functioning.
It didnt seem to like the win10 default graphics, which enabled because my new MSI R9 380 was not picked up, so now i have to figure why that is happening.
Regards
