Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· My roon endpoint that is my windows 10 computer won't go past the startup. I can play music at it but the UI is stuck in the startup animation. I have tried reinstalling both the client and the core itself. Nothing seems to work. All my other endpoints work flawlessly. The core is hosted on a M2 Max Macbook Pro. Also the windows endpoint used to work normally and one day stopped.

· AmpliFi Router HD, no vpn or other notable things. The windows computer is connected via ethernet.

To resolve the UI getting stuck on the startup animation on your Windows 10 endpoint, you can try performing a clean reinstallation. Since you mentioned a standard reinstallation did not work, it is likely that corrupted local app data was left behind.

Perform the following steps on your Windows 10 machine:

1. Uninstall Roon from Windows Settings > Apps.
2. Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog.
3. Type %localappdata% and press Enter.
4. Locate and delete any folders named Roon, RoonGoer or RAATServer.
5. Download the latest Windows installer from Download Roon - Mac, Windows, iOS & Android Apps | Free Download.
6. Install the application and connect to your Roon Server.

Please make sure that you have disabled the antivirus and firewalls.
