Windows 11 device incompatible with Roon 2.0 (ref#U98J1S)

My software is windows 11. When pressing the Roon tab on my desk top I get the following message. This device is not compatible with Roon 2.0 for more info vist go.roonlabs.com?Roon/Help_Roon2

Describe your network setup

I MAC 7200 that powers my old Dalquist speakers which have been working fine up a week or ago. Message when signing on is this device is not compatable with Roon2.0

Please check that you have not got a Windows Compatibility Mode enabled for the Roon application. See:

My Roon app does not start up. If we can't get this resolved I will have my bank take back my subscription fee. Can't uninstall to reinstall software. Message says quit roon server. Do no know how to do this.

Thanks for writing in, and welcome to the community! We’re excited to have you here, and apologize its an issue that prompted your recent post.

From your Roon admin page, I can see your running the most up to date version of Roon Server on your Windows - nice work!

With that, I can see that you’re also running an outdated version of Roon remote on your Windows - Roon 1.8, which isn’t compatible with Roon 2.0.

As another first step in troubleshooting, see if downloading Roon from our website and re-installing may sort things out for you:
