Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

· I can't turn on Roon Server, I need help.

Cannot connect to Roon server from Windows desktop. Can connect from Windows laptop on same network.

Good to see you on the community again!

As a first step, can you get a direct ethernet connection from your ROCK directly to your router? I want to make sure we can confirm your ROCK is connecting to your local network.

One way to test this would be to access your router settings, and review your ‘devices list’ to confirm which devices are getting a local IP.

It may help to reboot your router as well as your ROCK (if Roon Server is already safely stopped and not running.)
