I have 2 computers that now after the updates do not connect with my iPhone 13. I have restarted the phone, computers etc multiple times. Checked IP address they still don’t work. I have restarted Xfinity router 3 x. I have a MacBook Pro Running Big Sur, with an iPhone 13 Pro running software 15.0.1.

The updates always screw things up. If this doesn’t work, we don’t need to use Roon to run off computers. #support

Francis, sorry to hear about your issues. A fellow user here, but can you please provide the missing information above, with a bit more detail about:

  • your Core (or is that MBPro?)
  • what version of Roon you are running on your Core and Remotes
  • your networking details
  • what you mean by “Checked IP address they still don’t work”

The forum community and Roon can assist, but the more information you provide the better we can support you.

You have my sincerest apologies for the delayed response here, we’ve been dealing with a higher-than-usual volume following our release and we’re working as quickly as we can to get back to everyone.

After reviewing your account, I am seeing both your iPhone and core running 1.8 legacy. Are you still running into connection issues here?
