In general I’m happy and satisfied with Roon, but some bugs make me crazy. Please take a look at the attached screenshot. Why does Roon create 2 entries for the artist Dido, one with four albums and one with one album? All 5 albums are flac-files and tagged in the same way. I see absolutely no difference. I deleted both Didos from the harddisk and imported them again. Whatever I do, the result is always the same, 2 times Dido. I see the same behaviour for a small number of artists, maybe 10.
Any ideas how to solve the issue?

Is the album for the second Dido recognised by Roon?
Can you share a screenshot of the Dido artist that only has one entry?

Thanks guys, but in the meantime I solved the problem. I didn’t see the “unidentified” tag on the album main page. Knowing that I was able to identify those albums and get rid of the additional entries. Only one case is left, Roon does not recognize the Manfred Mann single “Pretty Flamingo”.
