WsmartHub 3.0 Issue Following Update

Hello @Mark_Hyland,

Congratulation for this beautiful setup!

We both use the WsmartHub 3.0 - with incredible effect on streaming sound quality. Perhaps you can help me with the following problem: two days ago I updated the Hub via the Waversa Remote Controller App. From that time on I have no longer control of the device via the controller.

If I open the remote app no device is connected, and no device can be selected for connection.

I already tried everything that a „normal“ user can do, but the device does not show up in the remote controller. Did you ever have this problem? Do you have an idea how to solve it?

By the way: the Hub itself works fine. It is only a connection problem with the controller.

Perhaps since the update the app is looking for the SmartHub at its IP address, but the IP address could have changed after the update (this happens for example for some Innuos music server owners).
If you bring up the IP address by using the front buttons, then type that IP address into your browser window on any device (phone, tablet, computer) you should see the online version of the app. If this works, perhaps uninstall and then reinstall the app.

His problem isnt Roon-related.

Thank you very much, Mark. I already tried this, but was not successful. In the meantime I contacted the Waversa trader, but do not have an answer yet!
