Hi! great extension.
Some things to refine maybe, but ok
One thing, my Yamaha Receiver is reporting a max volume of -20db which in some cases is too low
I can’t input higher values (they will reset)
In reality the volume level can go up to +14 db by using the hardware knob
Is there any way to override the set limits?

Hi Luigi, thanks for the feedback. I do not currently have a roon subscription anymore. But I’ll try to take a look at the code. I think I set a limit after accidentally cranking my receiver up way too high during testing - probably should be optional. Best, Chris
Has this been abandoned? I’m trying to use this with v1.8, and the instructions about choose the “Device volume” doesn’t give me the option to choose the extension.
Yes, a long time ago. Sorry. I don’t use roon or that Yamaha RX anymore. The code wasn’t too pretty either IIRC.
