Description of Issue

I was connected to core for some times. After this morning the client was not able to connect to core anymore. Running the core on the QNAP I obtained “URL not found” or something like that (!!). So cancelled the core from the QNAP and I reinstalled again (v. 2.0, build 1169). Now the cliente tell me “you’re already authenticated on the QNAP” and doesn’t word.
Please help

On the screen that tells you there’s a core already authorised, is there an option to deauthorise? If so, select that and you may be able to connect to the new installation.
