Thank you for the details. One important thing to note: Roon does not continuously watch SMB network shares for new files the way it does with local storage. For network shares, Roon polls periodically rather than monitoring in real time, so newly ripped tracks may take some time to appear even after a force rescan.
A couple of questions to help us narrow this down:
When were the tracks ripped?
Are the new tracks visible when you browse the network share directly from another device (e.g. Windows Explorer or Finder)? This confirms the files are actually there and accessible.
Are all the missing tracks from the same ripping session, or from different sessions over time?
Please provide a few tracks/albums examples to review the logs
