I think you’re out of luck and will need to find another solution. roon 2.0 requires full-time active internet access. See this post from a roonlabs employee.
With the rollout of ARC and Roon 2.0 we’ve received a few questions about using Roon Core in offline mode.
Due to the enhanced features of Roon 2.0 your core requires active internet access. In previous Roon Software versions, you could utilize Roon for approximately 30 days in offline mode before connection to our servers was needed.
A 2.0 Roon Core has no such period. Active connectivity is a requirement for 2.0, regardless of whether you decide to use ARC or not.
