Asked for many times already in Feature Requests, e.g.

I'd like for Roon to choose albums randomly (Shuffle albums)

I’d like for Roon to choose albums randomly. It’d be fun for evenings at home.

There is a community created workaround if you are prepared to install the Roon Extension Manager
