when I wrote “Depends on the orchestra”, I was referring to the joke about the 2nd violins, not the one about the conductor…
A New Yorker moved to Montana for the skiing.

This joke was famously referenced in the Blues Brothers at Bob’s Country Bunker, but I expect it’s much older than that.
