Continuous display of album art on a second screen

I run a mac with 2 screens. One screen sits near my stereo stack and is quite small. The other is my main screen. Is it possible to show the album art for what is ‘now playing’ on the smaller screen, while using the other screen to browse Roon and set up playlists, etc?.
