And that’s a shitty set up I’ve been told lol. I may aswell bin it, get a laptop, a couple of cables from Curry’s and a cheap DAC…and it will sound exactly the same??? Really 
Absolutely everything in that chain has an impact to what I hear. If it didn’t I wouldn’t have bought them (try before you buy).
Surely that’s the message to the OP…try things out. If it’s not for you, send it back. It’s better to try and find than not trying at all.
