New ROCK install on NUC for my brother. Roon sees usb stick when attached but does not see a large volume Terramaster USB 3.0 RAID drive when attached. Drive volume is NTFS so I believe should work. @support Advice please. Thanks

This is resolved. @ncpl repartitioned his disk with a Linux system he had lying around (a Synology), and then both the Synology and the ROCK could see it just fine. However this drive was partitioned out of the box made it incompatible with Linux.
