The MD600 is set up as the system core, the Control (was model Control 10) took a crap which prompted this entire migration.
Interesting thought on the Store:One being a culprit, I believe this unit has a 10/100 NIC which would definitely be suspect, although only about 1/3 of the collection resides on that unit.
The computer hosting Control PC is an i7 with 8GB of RAM running solid state drives, so I don’t believe it’s the issue.
The network switch is a dumb Netgear Prosafe, which is being cascaded from a managed Ubiquiti switch up in my rack. I suppose this could be a bottleneck, but it’s all still 10/100/1000
