Tkz Tony, it worked very well. Sadly USB brings bleeps and clicks. I’ll stick to Hifiberrydigi+ via SPDIF for the moment, until I try another image.

Did you try Dietpi with the hifiberry digi+? I have been using a RPi3 with the Digi+ for months without a hitch. For the record I also tried USB out to my DAC also without problem.
I tried the Dietpi / Hifiberry digi + pro SPDIF coax it’s perfect. But not via USB to the DAC, I have some noises…
Which one is that?
I’m surprised no one brought up here the RPi uses shared bus for USB and ethernet? I guess, avoid if are connecting your DAC through USB.
