Not every stream format or more precisely, not every format that is streamed is meant to be, so some features are missing. FLAC is meant as a file format and not as a (continuous / radio) stream format, therefore it’s missing metadata when streamed as radio station. Choose one of the other available streams over the default one if you need the metadata:
