might want to vote for your own listing?
Why don’t you give them a separate name so you can identify them in the far future, keep them disabled and never look back.
They won’t show up in your endpoints to play f you don’t activate them.
I have 15 endpoints. Only use 5 so the other 10 are disabled and it doesn’t bother me I don’t see them when I want to select were to play my favourite music. Keeps it also simple for the misses

Me, too. It’s in Settings > Audio, which you only visit to enable or disable a device.
If they were deleted, how could you enable them in future, if circumstances change?
