Roon 2.65 will not run under Mac OS 10.15.8

Since you seem to be well-versed in Roon’s efforts, why would they create a “rollback patch” (pre-2.65) for the macOS client and not the Core?

As a volunteer moderator I read a lot of post here. However, I’ve not read this. There is neither a patch nor different versions for Roon server and client.

For Mac users who are not yet able to update to macOS 12 or later, we’re also making a pre-update installer available as a temporary option. This version will not receive future updates or security fixes, and may become incompatible with current Roon Remote or ARC versions over time.

All that’s available are the current and previous version of the Roon installer.

Moreover, I don’t understand why you are quoting me out of context. My point was straightforward: Apple users opting to use the pre-2.65 installer will see macOS and iOS diverge.
