Roon ARC connectivity issues after IPv6 setup (ref#WTNOIQ)

That thread is from 2024, and predates a Roon announcement earlier this year that they were implementing changes for IPV6. AFAIK, no update has been issued since.

@vova @ivan @danny @Jeff_P This is very poor and maybe sad news for @DavidS Under good faith you have had users assist on the EA builds and subsequently had all users (who saw the original post from @DavidS ) believe this had been rolled out.
