When you have duplicate content in your library, then you can mark the local content as the “Primary version” - Roon will then choose this content for playback over the duplicate streamed content.
In the Album browser, use Focus > Duplicates to display those albums where you have more than one version in your Library (e.g. local plus streamed). For example:
