Roon Remote can't see DAC connected to Core (NAS QNAP)

I’m so sorry I haven’t noticed from the beginning that the CD5 is actually a CD player. While Roon can play music from ripped CDs, playback directly from a CD player is not supported. I’m sorry I failed to realize that.

With the CD Ripper extension in place I was wondering if it would be possible to use the same hardware setup for CD playback.
