PlexAmp is not bit perfect on most platforms especially Android it resamples like Roon. The windows app doesn’t have exclusive mode either and they are not in arush to add it, the CTO seems to think system resampling is fine and you can’t hear a difference. Another reason it’s not a serious music app. It’s about playlists and crossfades.
