Spotify Connect would not be a way for Roon integration. It is a bridge that is fully controlled by another Spotify app acting as a remote (ie Spotify on your iPhone). This preserves (what I believe is) Spotify’s intention: track all your movements in the app. My interpretation of their lack of interest in Roon integration has either to do with this, or to the niche nature of Roon, or both.

I never insinuated that nor my feelings where tors Roon.
I was referring to an open source application which to my understanding is unsupported by Spotify and maybe brake Spotify TOS? Honestly I am not a big fan of Sonore products just my opinion.
