I assume by four modules you are referring to the audio outputs. As a general rule your roon core/server will have several (e.g. hdmi, analog, digital). If sound is coming out of your phone then you have enabled your phone zone (which I dont imagine most people do) but it implies everything is working fine. If you want sound to come out of the roon core then you need to enable one of the outputs and make sure that output is connected to an audio device (amplifier, receiver, soundbar etc)
I called them the wrong thing. I had roon rock installed and my server couldn’t find my usb Dac. Unknown to me the Dac was damaged at the same time my server mobo went out.
I tried to use my MacBook when the server went down four months ago and it couldn’t connect to my Dac back then, i thought my MacBook had a problem but it was the Dac. I’ve purchased another one and roon connected to it once I enabled it.
Roon is working fine and I am back in business. Thanks for the help.
