It seems like albums fairly often appear on Tidal before their official release date.

Edit: OTOH, When I look at the album in question in my library (from Tidal), it says the release date is 21 Apr 2017. IAC, it’s a very good album.

European releases are usually a bit earlier in Europe. Same with ECM.
