Love Lilly Hiatt, met her at The Golden Lion in Bristol where she was playing on a bill with The Flyin’ A’s and Hannah Aldridge.

The more I listen to this the more I like it. It is very very good. If nothing else, listen to the last song “I Pray”. Check out this review; I agree with the reviewer 100%.

I have the SACD of that already ripped. Give me a timing for a click and I’ll check it.
It’s a radio orchestra and sometimes (definitely not always) radio production values are a bit crummy. But I’m a bit surprised in this case.

Unfortunately not much, the first two Patto albums were the high water mark in my opinion.
The first Boxer album is good as well. Just seemed like one of those many artists that got close to breaking through to a larger audience, but something always got in the way.
