This stuff’s probably too mellow for you, but fits perfectly with my current mood. I’m also enjoying hearing the snap, crackle and pop on some of these vinyl rips that haven’t been edited out.
Not at all. When I was learning to play guitar I listened to a lot of Andy McKee - I love me some acoustic. Assuming it’s the same acoustic guitar Andy McKee? I’m not familiar with Lee Ritenour though.
I’m actually at work right now so can’t listen.
No problem. Here’s another cool song that just played, just to show the variety of genres that they’re streaming. Really cool live radio station imho.
Same Andy McKee btw.
I shall definitely check out Mother Earth Radio when I get home. I love all types of music from metal, classic rock, plaintive singer / songwriter, punk, Krautrock, freeform jazz, electronic, classical etc.
Not a huge fan of country though!
The whole album is excellent, worth a listen.
@kitated Thanks for the shout out. Yep, been missing in action for the last few weeks and will probably only be checking in occasionally for a little while still.
Here is a picture of the actual “Ring of Brodgar” on Mainland Orkney that I took back in March 2019.
Now this is nice mellow/dream pop, and I have listened to this as well as the rest a lot recently.
Going to add some Chelsea Wolfe up next as this has been in my library (Tidal) a long time and never listened to it
Back to back Duran Duran on vinyl
To embarrassed to post a picture of the self titled album cover as not in great shape.
This one looking fairly pristine though
