Attic - a place to store things you may need again and you don’t want her to bin. Most never gets seen again.
My first apartment that I rented had 2 beds in the attic, I have no idea how they got them up there either as to get into the attic there was a small pull down latter, it was kind of creepy.

She is scared of loft ladders so a bed and stereo in the attic isn’t such a bad idea….
You would have to buy one of those diy beds and then assemble it up in the attic as they ain’t fitting through the door!
Not a terrible idea though…have to run a dedicated 20a line up there though first.
Well there you go then! After living in a few places I’ve learned that some attics are nice and some are not. I used to get bats in the last apartments attic and they would come into the house. Luckily I don’t have to rent now.
