What's Rocking You Tonight [2022-07]

Are you certain?
I thought they had cancelled a lot of dates due to him being ill?

I think that one is their most accessible as it’s not based around any type of concept or holiday season.
It even features LZzy Hale on vocals!!
The one I’m listening to now is also very very good

This track is worth the price of admission IMHO.

Nice! Enjoy!
Showing my age here :innocent:
I saw Santana back in 1978 at Bingley Hall, Stafford.
Which as any of the Brits should know is not a hall at all but just a huge cow field in the middle of freaking nowhere…lol.
Or it was back in the day.

That’s really cool and back in his heyday. Unfortunately I’m to young to have experienced such things but am getting some good viewing experience nowadays :+1:

They had quite a few decent bands there back in the day. Mud came over doc martens and no one could afford hunters….

The price of old age… LMAO.

Hershey park is a neat venue, how far a drive is that for you?

Very true
I remember seeing…
Rainbow, Santana, Styx, Rush, Marillion.

Probably more than my cranky memory can recall.
They used to run a bus from our town to Stafford and then we walked 3 miles to the venue to wallow in mud.
Can you imagine people doing that nowadays :joy:

It’s about 5 hours, not bad for me, I drive all the time. Get a camp site for the night and drive back the next day, easy. I’m planning on getting pit tickets for Five Finger Death Punch & Megadeath at that same venue mid Sep.

Building this so my double garage can be converted to my music room. Knackered.

But it’s for a worthy cause.
I can get behind that😎
It’s when Mrs.Rimmer just wants stuff moving around the yard for no good reason I can fathom that I kind of fail to find the enthusiasm needed to actually comply willingly

Not heard this one before.
Familiar with Eric Johnson, excellent talented guitarist.
I guess Alien Love Child is a wicked cool name for his side project band and is worthy of air play for no better reason

Edit… This is a very blues oriented album but with mild displays of hard rock and shredding contained within but still keeping to blues roots. Very neat.
