Not sure if purified is the same as distilled. Prob not, though no idea of the +/- impact.

I’ve done my research, and this is a filtered water with an extremely low TDS (Total Dissolvable Solid) of a few parts per billion (tap water is hundreds parts per million.) IOW, pure water.

I have only ever user distilled water simply because our local supermarket is usually selling that cheaper than purified water🤣

As a house moving in present from our daughter, she got me a modern boom box for the garage.
It plays CDs, cassette, Bluetooth, radio.
And sounds bloody good :+1:

Had three different Nak decks over the years.
All excellent but talk about pricey to service and recap and belts!
Average around $700 by ex Nak service tek in California who is the best in the business.

Purified water can be achieved in different ways, but the important point is the removal of impurities, which is standardized at less than 10 ppm of disolved solids. Purified (filtered), ionized, and distilled are all good for record cleaning.
