Nothing. It’s not a network streamer/DAC that claims to be “Roon Ready” but has not been certified. It’s just a normal DAC that takes standard DAC inputs, including USB from your Nucleus. No problem.
This was (to me at least) clear from the original Roon email about Roon Ready.
