A walk in the Biesbosch, The Netherlands.
Nice beaver
An osier bed.
Moss on a thatched roof.
The same moss in close-up.
Hmmm, it seems that all the nicest photos were taken in Europe.
Great shots!
This weekend I went for a nice walk (wind and rain ) at the coast here. Visited this nice construction at the beach (De Panne Belgium). It’s a nice modern bridge you can walk over called “Western point”, almost at the border with France. At high tide the lowest stairs are under water.

Tremendous image! Is that a drone photo, or were you at that altitude? Either way, it’s a cracker of an image (UK meaning)
I took it from an outlook at about 4,000 ft. The low clouds were creeping up the San Bernardino mountains at the time.
A lot of misty pics at the moment. I’ll contribute a few more, from recent travels in Cheshire UK. Hammer Horror springs to mind
After a 90 minute walk, we found nirvana…albeit a little pricey

A small ‘beach’ in the river Nieuwe Maas, The Netherlands. The buildings are the former Quarantainestation Heijplaat, built in 1934 to quarantine seamen.
This is a view of my hometown (Ghent Belgium) with its three famous towers: St. Nicholas’ Church on the left, the Belfry in the middle, and St. Bavo’s Cathedral (with the world-famous “Agnus Dei” painting by the Van Eyck brothers at the right.
I took the picture during my (almost) daily walk in the town.
