I’m currently a bioinformatician working in cancer diagnostics, but I’ve also worked for years as a defense contractor and have a few patents in the speech recognition domain. I also helped develop the open source ‘flam3’ IFS rendering code for over a decade.

I’ve been collecting music digitally in FLAC since around 1999, with a heavy focus on electronica and DJ mixes. I’ve also been known to write scripts to manage my library, generally in python.
