Hey! I have been an audiophile all of my life; a classical musician in the early days playing double reed instruments. I had a huge and expensive Linn active system in the early days when I was rich. Since 2007 I have been a hardcore headphone audiophile. I am currently running Roon ->Qutest->Phonitor x->HD 800s on a balanced Cardas Clear cable. As I am new to Roon, and love its sound over the other players out there. I am searching out how to setup my Roon (everything on a single local system) and HQPlayer. At present I am also researching an alternative to my noisy main PC as the source and to run the Roon software on. I love classical, jazz/rock fusion, and single female vocalists.
