I enjoy jazz and classical music, although I will listen to almost anything. I play piano and my wife plays the flute. We attend many live classical, jazz and other concerts, and particularly enjoy concerts with little or no amplification.

I have nice audio equipment including an Ayre K-5xeMP pre-amp, Ayre CX-7eMP cd player, Proceed HPA-2 amp with Aerial Acoustics Model 8b speakers. I am using an i7 quad-core MacMini, 8GB RAM, 250GB SSD as a Roon Core. Currently have an Ayre QB-9DSD USB DAC fed from a LUMIN U1 mini streamer.
