John, longtime Roon user running a Nucleus core on Early Access builds. Most of my system lives around a McIntosh MA5300 into Harbeth C7ES-3s with a pair of subs, with an Eversolo DMP-A6 handling the living room and a 1982 Sony PS-LX4 covering the analog side.

My library is mostly high-resolution FLAC, with a soft spot for well-done vinyl rips and original pressings. I care a lot about mastering chains and which pressing is actually worth owning.

I tend to show up in the support threads because I enjoy the diagnostic side of this hobby: reading logs, isolating network issues, and figuring out whether the problem is Roon, the endpoint, or the wiring in between. Usually it’s the wiring.
