Hi @Iain – can you confirm the details of your setup? In particular it would be good to know about how your network is setup, what hardware you’re using, and how everything connects.

Can you check Settings > Library and confirm that audio analysis has completed?

Can you give this guide a read and let me know if any of the suggestions are helpful here? We can absolutely look into this further for you, but I want to rule out basics first.
