2 out of 3 where's the Box Sets

We’re paying attention to neglected aspects of the product – prioritizing performance and reliability – to ensure that Roon remains rock-solid. We’ll revisit long-requested features that we’ve avoided, like folder browsing and enhancing the way Roon handles box sets. Major improvements to our playlist functionality are in the pipeline (Hallelujah!). In the coming year, we’ll be focusing on features that center on your music library, rather than non-library streaming content.

The title says it , in the original announcement , Box Sets were specifically mentioned. The other 2 specifics were Folder View and Playlists both have been delivered but the one I am interested in is still pending. That was 9 months ago.

I know “a fixed in stone” date will never happen but is there any vague hints as to whether the box set changes are even tenable.

As a home based user (I don’t use mobile data), it appears a disproportionate amount of effort goes into ARC at the expense of other features.

I second that. I hope we will see really enhancements soon. Until then I use Plex with its „collections“ for box set pleasure. It is far from perfect, but better than Roon currently.

I‘m actually hoping for Roon 3. Roon 2 ist great and outstanding but the UI is starting to smell a bit old.
