5.8 / Adaptive volume / Library Scan question

Hi everyone,

I’ve installed 5.8 and tested the new analysis feature by scanning some albums. I can see the new statistics in the library analysis page.

Here’s an example of a track information I’m getting: -2.22 dBFS / -15.344 dBFS / -15.487 LUFS / 15.91 LU / 0 N.

Can this information be used with the “adaptive volume” option to normalize volume like in Roon, or it’s statistical information only?

When I turn on this option, I always see the following message in the log: “2024/10/19 12:51:31 Adaptive transport gain: 0 dB (1)”.

Yes, in shortly upcoming 5.8.1 release. Due in a day or two, unless I encounter some issues on testing.

Without the analysis data in library, this works with ReplayGain 2.0 tags in library and also with Qobuz streaming.
