A 44.1KHz WAV file can not be played correctly

Hey @Chorus_Chuang,

Apologies for the delay

I just checked our uploader and I am afraid I cannot see an upload under your name. Would you be so gracious as to let me know the name of the folder you uploaded, or re-upload it including your name?

Thanks a lot

Hi @beka

Sure!
I just uploaded it to the folder named chorus chuang.
Thank you for reminding.

Thanks for that, @Chorus_Chuang.

Our team was able to reproduce this on our end as well. We’ve submitted a ticket with our QA team so they can take a closer look.

We’ll follow up on this thread once we hear back

I was using an older Ripping Program called EAC and it DID not create Meta Data for .wav format. Thus, Roon was unable to read any folders without Meta data. My new program EZ Audio Convert does rip with Meta. Alternately I could convert these to flac and add Meta data in that step with EZ.
Interestingly, no ERROR files were generated by ROON, just didn’t read the .wav files

Glenn, that was not the issue here in this case. So, thanks for your post, but it was not to do with metadata not being created.
