Update: The REL T9Xs work very well with the ATC-40As. I gave up on the Bryston BP26 after waiting 6 months and cancelled the order. Next week I should be receiving a Holo Audio Spring 3 DAC with preamp. Seems to me all of the reviews of the Spring 3 KTE find it outstanding.

Spring 3 KTE is a true pleasure. I actually did hear things I did not hear before. It is VERY well made and does run warm. I am happy I gave up on
the Bryston.
