I love Roon to which I switched from Sooloos and my system is now working perfectly and nothing is ever perfect, and all systems have issues but it would be great in cases such as arose yesterday they were flagged by support with a banner as soon as they arise, saving users time and frustration and, most importantly, stopped them from making changes that raise other, sometimes serious issues in the process.
