Access to Headphone EQ on Android phone

Rock Core: Early Access 1507 - Pixel 7 Pro Android client: Production 1510
Windows client Production 1510 Mac client Early Access 1507

Not sure if this is user error or a bug?

I went to set up headphone EQ for my Android phone. There is no provision to choose headphone brand/equalisation model on the phone client. But neither my Windows client nor my Mac client offer me the Pixel 7 as a zone in their list of zones

The zone list is exactly the same on my Pixel but with, of course, the added Pixel 7 Pro zone.

So why is the Android zone not appearing on my Windows or Mac Clients? Obviously everything is on the same wireless network as my (ethernet attached server). If this is by design, how do I set up a headphone profile for the phone (other than using ARC, which works well)?

BTW The Pixel client does show in Settings/Audio on both Windows and Mac clients

Because it is per default set up as a private zone:

Change the zone’s private setting if needed.

Give that man a cigar!!! Thank you. I hadn’t realised Private Zones were a thing and hadn’t deliberately set it up to be so, my fat fingers and sensitive Android screen!

Unprivated it and all is good. I thought I used to see it without problem so must have done that recently.

Amazing community this, problem sorted with minutes!

Thanks again - Brian
