I requested something similar a year ago - to have the option to have Roon show (perhaps in a greyed-out format) other albums by an artist that the user doesn’t have:

Show all albums by an artist

I think that this would make a pretty cool option - When browsing an artist, have the option for Roon to show all of that artist’s albums (not just the ones that the user has) in chronological order, greyed out, with only those that the user has in full colour and selectable. This way, it is easy to see where the albums you have fit in in the discography, and which to see which ones you are missing.
