Accessing the DSP Engine - Keep the Star and/or added a keyboard short cut

The path to DSP settings when nothing is playing is: Settings/Audio/Cogs/DSP Engine

When something is playing it is: Star/Three Dots/DSP Engine

Possible idea: keep an “unlit” star icon on the controls when idle.

Or something like Ctrl-Shift-D.

How about right-clicking or long-pressing your zone icon?
