On my android phone if I type in @accounts it doesn’t show the generic @accounts. Which one for billing issues (not mine)
You have to type the whole string - it doesn’t auto suggest - and only then will you get the message in the preview box.

The screenshot is from the body, various @accounts show but which is which? Good point though I’ll change the title.

This accounts is the only correct one:
It typically doesn’t show when you just type @ acc because Discourse finds other accounts that it displays first. Once you start typing a bit more you should see the one listed that shows Roon Accounts Team.
