Add ability to 'pin' playlists to top of list in Roon Remote & ARC

For people with lots of playlists it would be great if a handful of favourites could be pinned to the top of the list in the playlists view.

This would be especially useful when using phone.

I recognise that a search filter and sorting by date modified are useful features that provide a partial solution, but still require a lot more clicks than is ideal.

Check out Spotify for an example of this feature in action.

I use a double underscore at the beginning of the name to get Roon to sort certain playlists to the top. Not sure if that works for ARC; I don’t use it.

e.g.

__Goes to 11 Playlist
